We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.You can send it back by yourself and keep the proof of logistics costs. We will refund the logistics costs to your account after receiving the goods.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at

For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
